The 'hands on' approach: we believe this tried and tested method produces the best results - both inside and out. Our high-quality operatives take care and pay attention to detail during this process:
Traditional does not mean old fashioned. We are constantly updating our tools, materials and liquids to provide the best service possible. Our craftsmanship is second to none and we take great pride in our customers’ delight.
Relatively new, the water-fed pole method of cleaning allows for easier access up to 80ft. windows. We follow a straightforward process of:
All our experienced operatives are trained in the use of water-fed poles and all the attachments they can utilise.
Also known as high rise or abseil window cleaning, this method uses specialist equipment to access high level glass and windows on the tallest of buildings. All our window cleaners are trained and experienced in this process and regularly use abseil window cleaning equipment including carabiners, maillons, harnesses, energy absorbers and rope.
As well as being extremely safe, this method also provides the customer with the least disruption: by literally hanging from the roof there are no vehicles or equipment blocking car parks or internally no equipment in corridors.
Professional roof cleaning and moss removal services are essential to maintain your property's crowning glory. In the UK, roofing materials such as concrete and clay tiles can suffer from unsightly moss and algae growth. This is typically worst on the north facing side of the roof due to weathering. Moss, algae and lichens tend to thrive in damp, shaded areas and if left to grow, untreated, can potentially cause long term damage to your roofing system:
Our roof cleaning experts work carefully to eradicate moss and algae to negate any long-term deterioration of your roof.
If you have invested in Solar Panel energy, you must also ensure that your roof mounted system is maintained and kept clean. We understand that solar energy not only helps to save the planet, but also can earn you considerable returns on your investment. That is why we operate a specialised service for the cleaning of solar panels, including the use of a soft, non-abrasive (non-scratch) sponge, pure water and dry with a squeegee or chamois to avoid leaving any residue behind.
Any build-up of dirt, grime or other organic matter such as moss or algae may affect the panels' ability to absorb sunlight.
Trust us to look after your investment - we are experienced in cleaning all solar panel installations from single roof mounted to extensive solar farms.
MEWPs are mobile elevating work platforms, often referred to as cherry pickers. At Manchester Window Cleaners, we often use this specialist equipment to access high rise or difficult to get to buildings. All our cleaners are IPAF qualified and experienced in working safely and effectively at height with MEWPs to the benefit of our customers.
MEWPs are brought in after we have surveyed a premises or property and concluded that the cleaning cannot be achieved via traditional ladder or pole cleaning or that the building is not suitable for rope access / abseil cleaning.
MEWPs offer a reach of up to 90 metres (295 ft) and can be either mounted on the ground or on a truck.
Gutter cleaning is often carried out in conjunction with roof cleaning. Keeping gutters free of debris, leaves, moss, algae etc is critical to property / premises maintenance. Clogging of gutters leads to substantial water damage to roofs, walls, gable ends and eaves.
We can provide regular checks on your gutters whilst we are cleaning your windows and advise as to whether they require de-clogging. Gutter cleaning can often be carried out from the ground - in a similar way to our water-fed pole cleaning service.
We specialise in both commercial and residential jet washing. We carry out this method of cleaning on block paving, patios, concrete, tarmac, Indian sandstone, natural stone and other floor surfaces. Pressure washing is essential maintenance not only to keep areas looking their best but also for health and safety reasons (uncared for paving can become slippy/greasy and cause slips or falls).
We provide a professional pressure washing service, focused on removing patio grime, cleaning brickwork and bringing surfaces back to life.
We understand that having a clean and well-maintained exterior for your building is essential. That's why we offer professional cladding cleaning services that are designed to make sure your building always looks its absolute best.
We have the experience and expertise necessary to ensure the job is done right and according to industry standards. Our team of highly trained professionals guarantee results that meet or exceed our customers' expectations, so you can trust us to get the job done perfectly every time. With our reliable services, you can rest assured that your building will shine bright!
